Products

Four divisions.
One specification standard.

We do not hold a catalogue. We build a range to your specification and place it with the factory best equipped to make it — which is a different job, and a better one for anyone selling into Australia.

The specification

Written before a factory is approached.

Every category below is sourced against the same document.

It fixes dimensions and set-out, materials and gauge, finish and tolerance, the certification pathway, packaging and carton marking, and the price architecture the range has to hit. It is agreed with you before we talk to anyone about making it.

That sequence is the whole point. A specification written after quoting becomes a negotiation about what the factory already makes. Written first, it stays a description of what you actually want to sell.

Range of ceramic and solid surface basins on showroom display
Division one

Sanitaryware

Vitreous china and fine fireclay — the heaviest, most kiln-dependent category we handle, and the one where factory selection matters most. Glaze consistency and dimensional tolerance across a long run are what separate a plant that can hold a range from one that can fill a single container.

  • Close-coupled and back-to-wall toilet suites
  • Wall-hung pans and in-wall cistern systems
  • Counter-top, under-counter and semi-recessed basins
  • Wall-hung and pedestal basins
  • Freestanding and inset baths — acrylic and solid surface
Materials
Vitreous china, fine fireclay, acrylic, solid surface
Set-out
S-trap and P-trap to Australian set-out distances, specified per model
Certification
WaterMark required. WELS registration required for toilet suites
Watch for
Glaze pooling, rim distortion, seat-fixing centres that don’t match the pan
Lucito wall basin mixer and spout in brushed stainless
Division two

Tapware & showers

The category with the highest compliance risk and the widest quality spread. Two mixers can look identical in a photograph and differ entirely in cartridge life, brass quality and whether the finish survives five years of cleaning product.

  • Basin, bath and sink mixers
  • Wall-mounted sets and spouts
  • Shower rails, overheads and hand showers
  • Diverters, mixers and in-wall bodies
  • Bathroom accessories and matching suites
Body
Brass, with the alloy and lead content specified — not left to the factory
Cartridge
Ceramic disc, brand and cycle rating nominated in the spec
Finishes
Chrome, brushed nickel, gunmetal, matte black, brushed brass — PVD where durability matters
Certification
WaterMark and WELS both required. Verified against the exact model and finish
Gunmetal PVD stainless steel undermount double bowl kitchen sink
Division three

Kitchen sinks

Where the specification does most of its work, because the differences that matter are the ones a customer cannot see in a showroom: steel grade, gauge, sound-deadening coverage, and the radius of the corners that determines whether the thing is actually cleanable.

  • Single and double bowl, with and without drainer
  • Undermount, topmount and flushmount
  • Workstation sinks with ledge accessories
  • Laundry tubs and utility sinks
Stainless
304 grade, gauge specified — thin steel is the most common hidden downgrade
Composite
Granite composite, quartz ratio and colour stability specified
Fireclay
Farmhouse and butler profiles, glaze and edge tolerance nominated
Certification
The sink body is not a WaterMark item; the waste and any tap supplied with it are
Wall-hung timber vanity with an integrated basin and round backlit mirror
Division four

Vanities & storage

Furniture rather than plumbing, and it fails differently. Australian bathrooms are humid and often poorly ventilated, so board substrate and edge sealing decide whether a cabinet still looks right in year three. This is the category where a cheap import shows itself fastest.

  • Wall-hung and floor-standing vanities
  • Single and double bowl, with tops or top-ready
  • Mirror cabinets and shaving cabinets
  • Tallboys and matching storage
Substrate
Moisture-resistant board specified, with edge sealing to match
Hardware
Soft-close runners and hinges, brand nominated rather than “equivalent”
Tops
Ceramic, solid surface and stone, with cut-outs to the specified basin
Watch for
Unsealed cut edges behind the basin — the single most common failure point
Non-negotiable

Certification is checked per model, not per factory.

A factory holding a WaterMark licence does not mean the product you are ordering is covered by it. Licences attach to specific models and variants. A plant can be entirely legitimate and still ship you something that cannot legally be installed.

We verify the certification against the exact item being made — including the finish variant, because that is where the gap usually is.
